Job Description


Core Responsibilities:-


  • Calling Leads: Reach out to prospective or existing customers using lists provided by the company.
  • Pitching Products: Explain product features, benefits, and special offers to interest buyers.
  • Closing Sales: Negotiate pricing, handle customer objections, and finalize purchases or renewals.
  • Updating CRM Software: Record call notes, track lead statuses, and manage customer details in the computer system.
  • Meeting Targets: Achieve daily, weekly, or monthly quotas for call volume, talk time, and revenue.

  • Communication: Clear, confident speech and active listening.
  • Persuasion: Ability to build quick rapport and convince buyers.
  • Resilience: Staying positive and professional when facing customer rejection.
