Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Process and manage daily online orders received through e-commerce platforms and company websites.

  • Check order details, product availability, quantity, address, and payment status.
  • Pick and verify products according to customer orders.
  • Pack products safely and appropriately for dispatch.
  • Generate invoices, shipping labels, and required dispatch documents.
  • Coordinate with courier partners for pickup and shipment dispatch.
  • Update order and shipment status in the system/e-commerce portal.
  • Track shipments and coordinate on delayed, undelivered, or returned orders.
  • Handle RTO (Return to Origin) and returned products as per company process.
  • Maintain proper records of dispatched, pending, cancelled, and returned orders.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, sales, customer support, and accounts teams.
  • Ensure correct product, quantity, packaging, and shipping details before dispatch.
  • Maintain dispatch area cleanliness and proper organization of stock/orders.
  • Prepare daily dispatch and pending-order reports.
  • Follow company procedures for inventory, packaging, and order handling.
