JOB DESCRIPTION – COLLECTION EXECUTIVE

Experience Required: Fresher / Experienced

Industry Experience: Collection / Sales experience preferred

Qualification: 12th Pass

Salary Range: 15,000 per month + Fuel Extra

Notice Period: 30 days

Two-Wheeler: Required

Driving Licence: Preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 Visit customers for payment collection.

 Follow up with customers for pending/outstanding payments.

 Collect cash and cheques from customers and deposit them as per company procedure.

 Maintain accurate daily collection records.

 Prepare and submit daily collection reports.

 Coordinate with the Accounts and Sales teams regarding payments and outstanding

amounts.

 Follow up regularly on overdue payments.

 Handle local travel for customer collections.

 Maintain proper documentation of all collections.

 Ensure timely and accurate reporting of collection activities.

REQUIREMENTS

 Minimum 12th Pass.

 Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.

 Collection / Sales experience will be preferred.

 Must have a two-wheeler for local travel.

 Driving Licence preferred.

 Good communication and customer-handling skills.

 Honest, punctual, and responsible.

 Willingness to travel locally for collections.
