Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, including sales, purchase, billing, customer and supplier accounts, payments, reconciliation, and GST-related records.

• Roles & ResponsibilitiesMaintain daily accounting entries in Tally/Tally Prime.
• Handle sales and purchase invoices and billing.
• Maintain customer and supplier ledgers.
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Track customer outstanding payments and coordinate for timely collection.
• Maintain supplier payment records and outstanding balances.
• Handle sales returns, purchase returns, debit notes, and credit notes.
• Record cash, bank, receipt, and payment transactions.
• Perform regular bank reconciliation.
• Maintain proper records of GST invoices and GST-related transactions.
• Assist with TDS and taxation-related accounting work.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales, purchase, outstanding, and MIS reports.
• Coordinate with the sales, purchase, and warehouse teams for accurate transaction records.
• Verify invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Assist in month-end closing and audit-related requirements.
• Ensure accuracy, proper documentation, and timely completion of accounting work.
