Job Description
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and manage front desk operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Handle all walk-ins, calls, and membership inquiries.
- Convert trials into paid memberships.
- Maintain daily sheets, trial sheets, enquiry sheets, and membership data in the CRM software.
- Initiate renewal follow-ups before membership expiry.
- Follow up with clients who have taken trial sessions.
- Track daily sales performance and report to the Studio Manager.
TIMINGS : 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. or 12:30 p.m. or 9:00 p.m.
We are hiring for the Sonipat location. Accommodation will be provided, but we are looking for candidates from the Delhi NCR region who can relocate to Sonipat.
