Sonipat Government Bill Distribution Project

• Door-to-door distribution of electricity/utility bills to consumers.
• Visit assigned areas/locations as per daily route plan.
• Deliver bills to the correct consumer/address within the given timeline.
• Verify consumer name, address, account/connection number and other bill details.
• Maintain daily records of bills received, delivered, pending and undelivered.
• Take delivery proof/acknowledgement wherever required.
• Report incorrect addresses, locked houses, shifted consumers or other delivery issues.
• Submit daily field activity/status reports to the supervisor.
• Coordinate with the project supervisor and office team for pending or disputed deliveries.
• Ensure bills/documents are handled safely and confidentially.
• Follow company and government project guidelines during field visits.
• Achieve the assigned daily/monthly distribution targets.
• Use a mobile application/GPS/photo-based reporting system if required by the project.
• Immediately report any field-related issue to the concerned supervisor.
