Job Description
Key Responsibilities Make PAN India outbound calls to potential and existing clients. Generate leads through calling and follow up regularly. Explain company services professionally and handle client queries. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Identify sales opportunities and convert leads into customers. Handle WhatsApp, email, and phone communication with clients professionally. Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, leads, and conversions in CRM. Achieve assigned daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with the internal team for smooth client onboarding. Requirements Excellent English communication and professional speaking skills. Strong calling and sales skills. Confident in handling clients over phone calls. Good negotiation and convincing abilities. Basic computer and CRM knowledge. Ability to handle PAN India client calling. Smart, active, target-oriented, and quick learner. Previous experience in sales / telecalling / business development will be preferred.
