We’re Hiring | Call Centre Manager – Australian Campaign

EcoGreen Australia is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Call Centre Manager to lead our Delhi-based operations supporting the Australian market.

As a full-service clean energy company delivering commercial solar, battery storage and energy-efficiency solutions across Australia, our operations team plays a critical role in driving customer acquisition and delivering a seamless customer experience.

What You’ll Lead

You will take ownership of a high-performance contact centre covering:

* Outbound Sales & Lead Conversion

* Customer Service & Administration

* Installer Scheduling & Field Coordination

* Campaign & Dialer Performance

* Team Productivity & KPI Management

Key Responsibilities

* Lead, coach and motivate outbound sales teams to consistently achieve and exceed targets.

* Drive daily, weekly and monthly performance across sales, conversion, productivity and quality metrics.

* Oversee installer scheduling and coordination across Australia to ensure smooth field operations and minimise cancellations.

* Manage Customer Service and Administration workflows to maintain high service standards and accurate data.

* Monitor live dialer performance, lead quality, list penetration, talk time and conversion rates.

* Identify operational bottlenecks and implement processes that improve efficiency and customer experience.

* Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights to Australian leadership.

* Build a culture of accountability, ownership, continuous improvement and high performance.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of Call Centre Management experience, preferably managing high-volume Australian outbound sales campaigns.

Experience in any of the following will be highly valued:

* Australian B2C/B2B sales campaigns

* Solar, energy, home improvement or field-service industries

* Installer or technician scheduling

* Logistics and workforce coordination

* Dialer and contact-centre operations

* Performance-driven sales environments

You should also have:

* Excellent English communication skills

* Strong understanding of Australian customers and business culture

* Proven people-management and leadership skills

* Strong analytical and reporting capabilities

* A hands-on, target-oriented leadership approach

* The ability to work effectively during Australian business hours
