Job Description

Looking for an experienced Head Chef with a strong background in North Indian restaurant cuisine.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in North Indian food & restaurant kitchens
  • Ability to create/revamp menus & develop new dishes
  • Develop unique/signature dishes
  • Manage & train the kitchen team
  • Maintain consistent taste, quality & portioning
  • Control food wastage and maintain kitchen hygiene
  • Experience in restaurant operations preferred

We are looking for a creative chef who can bring new ideas and dishes, not just handle regular cooking.
