Job Description
The AMADA Press Brake Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining AMADA CNC press brake machines to bend sheet metal components accurately as per engineering drawings, quality standards, and production schedules. Set up tools, punches, dies, and back gauges as per job requirements .Input, edit, and call CNC programs on AMADA control systems
Machine & Technical Knowledge
- AMADA CNC Press Brake Machines
- AMADA controllers (e.g., AMNC, DELEM – preferred)
- Press brake tools: punches, V‑dies, multi‑V dies
- Sheet metal bending processes and sequences
- Measuring instruments: Vernier calliper, angle gauge, steel scale

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां: अमाडा प्रेस ब्रेक मशीन ऑपरेटर की मुख्य जिम्मेदारी इंजीनियरिंग ड्राइंग, क्वालिटी स्टैंडर्ड्स और प्रोडक्शन शेड्यूल के अनुसार शीट मेटल कंपोनेंट्स को सटीक रूप से मोड़ने (bending) के लिए AMADA CNC प्रेस ब्रेक मशीनों को सेट करना, चलाना और उनका रखरखाव करना है।
- काम (job) की आवश्यकता के अनुसार टूल्स, पंचेज (punches), डाइस (dies) और बैक गेज (back gauges) को सेट करना।
- AMADA कंट्रोल सिस्टम पर CNC प्रोग्राम को इनपुट, एडिट (edit) और कॉल (call) करना।
मशीन और तकनीकी ज्ञान (Machine & Technical Knowledge):
- AMADA CNC Press Brake Machines की जानकारी
- AMADA कंट्रोलर्स (जैसे AMNC, DELEM – प्राथमिकता/preferred)
- प्रेस ब्रेक टूल्स: Punches, V‑dies, Multi‑V dies
- शीट मेटल बेंडिंग प्रोसेस और सीक्वेंस की समझ
- मापने वाले उपकरण (Measuring Instruments): Vernier calliper, angle gauge, steel scale
