Sales Executive

GLOBOLOSYS OUTSOURCING IS HIRING - INTERNATIONAL SALES EXECUTIVE (US SHIFT)

WHO CAN APPLY

- Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in sales / tele-sales / business development. Sales experience is mandatory.

- Experience in ANY international process is required - US, UK, Canada, Australia or any other. Candidates with only domestic process experience please do not apply.

- Fluent spoken English is compulsory. You must be able to speak clearly and confidently with US customers.

- MUST be open to ANY SHIFT and ANY TIMING. This role runs on the US shift (evening / night, rotational). This is compulsory - please do not apply if you cannot work night shifts.

- 12th pass or Graduate, age 18+.

- 6 days a week with a rotational weekly off.

- Immediate joiners preferred.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Handle outbound and inbound sales calls for our US clients and close sales.

- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

- Update the CRM after every call and follow up on leads.

- Maintain client quality and compliance standards.

- Growth path: Sales Executive to Senior Executive to Team Leader to Manager.

SELECTION PROCESS

Round 1 - Telephonic interview with our HR team. Keep your phone reachable and be in a quiet place.

Round 2 - Face-to-face interview at our Siliguri office. Date, time and address will be shared on call.

DOCUMENTS FOR THE FACE-TO-FACE INTERVIEW

DATE OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE IS MANDATORY. Candidates arriving without it will NOT be interviewed. No exceptions.

Also carry: resume (2 copies), Aadhaar card (original + copy), PAN copy, 10th / 12th / graduation marksheets, previous experience or relieving letter, 2 passport size photos. Come formally dressed, 15 minutes early.
