Executive HR

This is an urgent manpower requirement for the position of EXECUTIVE - HR  at our Fulbari location in North Bengal. Kindly prioritize this requirement and initiate the recruitment process immediately.

Position Details:

• Position: Executive – HR
• Location: Fulbari, North Bengal
• Experience: 3–5 years of relevant recruitment experience
• Salary: As per current market standards
• Gender: Male
• Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding.
• Handle bulk hiring requirements and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
• Manage NSO (New Store Opening) recruitment and ensure manpower availability as per business requirements.
• Coordinate with recruitment consultants and other sourcing channels to meet hiring targets.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Coordinate with concerned departments to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely deployment of candidates.

Candidate Profile:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Prior experience in bulk hiring and NSO recruitment is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work under tight deadlines.
• Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.
