Job Description
Position: Housekeeping Manager
Department: Housekeeping
Location: Resort
Experience: 3+ years in hotel/resort housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
To manage the complete housekeeping operation of the resort, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, presentation, guest comfort, and service quality across guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house areas, and staff facilities.

Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Good knowledge of housekeeping procedures and cleaning standards.
- Good understanding of linen, laundry, chemicals, and housekeeping equipment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and guest-handling skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Basic computer and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of hotel/resort PMS is an advantage.
