  • Dealer & DSA Network Handling (Top Priority): Dealer counters par regular visits karke long-term, transparent relations banana aur channel partners ko onboard karna.Value Selling & Persuasion: Competitors ke saste interest rates, bina check, ya bina guarantor wale offers ke samne Ascend Capital ki fast service, speed, aur brand trust ke zariye dealer aur customer ko convince karna.File Completion & TAT Discipline: Loan documents aur customer files ko bina kisi galti ke nirdharit Turn Around Time (TAT) ke andar poora karwana.Pendency Resolution: Incomplete files ya missing documents ke issues ko single visit mein proactive hokar resolve karna.Field Efficiency & Travel Readiness: Daily fieldwork, local market travel, aur field coverage ke liye tayyar rehna.
