Warehouse Manager

Job Summary:

Vigneshwara Silks is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Management Executive to oversee inventory, stock movement, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock management, timely inward and outward processing of sarees and related products, and maintain efficient warehouse operations to support retail sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching inventory.
• Maintain accurate stock records of sarees, dress materials, and other products.
• Conduct regular stock audits and physical inventory verification.
• Ensure proper tagging, labeling, and categorization of products.
• Coordinate with store sales teams regarding stock availability and replenishment.
• Monitor inward and outward stock movement and update records in the inventory system.
• Prepare inventory reports and submit them to management periodically.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper product handling.
• Identify and report stock discrepancies, damages, or shortages.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners for timely deliveries.
• Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
• 1–5 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or store management.
• Experience in textile, apparel, or retail industry preferred.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management software and MS Excel.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
