• Language Requirement: Fluency in Telugu,English and Hindi is mandatory.

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Operations Manager to oversee the operations and business performance of approximately 20 retail stores.

The role will be responsible for driving sales, store profitability, inventory efficiency, customer conversion, basket size, manpower productivity and overall store operations, ROI. Candidate should have strong multi-store/cluster handling experience and be comfortable with extensive travel to stores.

Key Responsibilities :

• Store Operations & Business Performance.
• Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of approximately 20 stores.
• Drive achievement of sale targets, revenue growth and store-level business objectives.
• Monitor and improve key retail KPIs including:

- Walk-ins

-  Conversion %

-   Average Basket Size / Average Transaction Value

-   Sales per Store

-   Sales per Employee

-   Customer productivity

•  Take ownership of overall store ROI and profitability.
•  Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans to improve store productivity.
•  Ensure consistent implementation of company SOPs, operational standards and customer service practices across all stores.
• Inventory & Stock ManagementØ Coordinate stock requirements across stores and ensure optimum inventory availability.
•  Monitor stock movement, replenishment, ageing and availability.
•  Work closely with relevant teams to ensure efficient stock allocation and minimize stock-outs and excess inventory.
•  Ensure proper inventory control and adherence to company processes.
• Team Management & People DevelopmentØ Manage, motivate and develop store teams across the assigned cluster.
•  Track manpower productivity and ensure adequate staffing across stores.
• Participate in staff recruitment, selection and onboarding.
• Conduct and facilitate training and development programs for store teams.
•  Coach store managers and team members on sales performance, customer handling and operational excellence.
•  Build a strong performance-oriented retail team culture.
• Store Visits & Field OperationsØ Regularly visit assigned stores to review operations, sales performance, inventory and team productivity.
•  Approximately 15–25 days of travel per month may be required, depending on business requirements.
•  Ensure regular store coverage, with approximately one visit per store per cycle.
• Conduct store audits and identify operational gaps during field visits.
• Implement action plans and follow up on store-level improvements.

Reporting & Analysis:

•  Review daily/weekly/monthly store performance and prepare actionable insights.
•  Analyze sales trends, walk-ins, conversion, basket size, inventory and ROI.
•  Share performance reports and business updates with senior management.
•  Use data and business insights to drive decision-making and improve cluster performance.
