Finance Manager – Healthcare Distribution

Location: Kharkana, Secunderabad, Telangana

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 3+ Years

Pay: ₹50,000.00 per month

Reporting To: Director

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Finance Manager with strong experience in Tally, Excel, GST, accounts, inventory accounting and MIS reporting to manage the finance operations of our healthcare distribution business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable, collections, vendor payments, and cash flow.
• Handle Tally accounting, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, credit notes, and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly MIS, profitability reports, and variance analysis.
• Manage GST compliance, reconciliations, and statutory accounting requirements.
• Coordinate with sales, inventory, purchase, logistics, hospitals, and vendors.
• Maintain strong financial controls and improve accounting processes.
• Provide regular financial reports and insights to management.

Candidate Requirements

• B.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of finance/accounting experience.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Tally and Advanced Excel.
• Good knowledge of GST, accounts receivable/payable, inventory, and reconciliations.
• Experience in healthcare, pharma, medical devices, or distribution is preferred.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
