Position: Customer Support Executive
Process: Voice Process / Inbound Calling
Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹17,000 per month
Experience: Freshers can apply

Education: Graduation is mandatory
Languages: English + Hindi + Any One Vernacular/Regional Language

- Job ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions over the phone.
- Manage inbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
- Understand customer concerns and resolve issues within the required timeframe.
- Provide accurate information regarding products/services.
- Maintain proper communication and customer records.
- Follow company processes, quality standards, and call-handling guidelines.
- Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Maintain a positive customer experience during every interaction.
- Candidate RequirementsGraduate in any discipline – Graduation is mandatory.
- Freshers are eligible to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Must know any one vernacular/regional language.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
