Job Opening: Female Clinic Manager / Front Office Executive
We are hiring a dedicated, motivated, and good looking Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations and deliver a welcoming experience for our patients.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage front-desk operations, patient check-ins, and appointment scheduling.
· Handle team coordination and workflow to ensure smooth daily service.
· Maintain digital and physical patient records using basic computer systems.
· Proactively solve operational issues and bring new ideas to improve patient care.
Candidate Requirements
· Languages: Fluent spoken English, Telugu, and Hindi.
· Skills: Excellent communication, basic computer proficiency (MS Office/emails), and strong team coordination abilities.
· Work Schedule: Flexible for morning or evening shifts, working 5 to 6 days a week.
· Mindset: Responsible, proactive, and professional attitude with a customer-first approach.
