Job Description

Qualification-B.Sc. Agriculture (mandatory)

Experience-0–3 years open to fresher's

Work ReadinessWilling to work on shop floor, rotational shifts, handle agrochemical materials

Basic Computer SkillsMS Excel, Word (for production reporting)


Production Supervision — overseeing daily batch processing against schedules

Quality & Compliance — GMP adherence, coordinating with QC on in-process/finished product checks

Documentation — Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), daily production reports, audit-readiness

Regulatory Compliance — labeling/dispatch per CIB&RC and State Agriculture Department norms

Cross-functional Coordination — Stores, QC, Dispatch, HR/Admin

Training/Supervision — guiding plant workers on SOPs and safety


Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

Prior internship/academic exposure to crop protection or formulation work

GMP/ISO familiarity

Regulatory knowledge specific to agrochemical manufacturing
