WHAT YOU'LL DO
Recruitment & HR (Primary Focus)
• Hire across all our verticals — factory, restaurant (Relief Road) & Azad Caterers
• Headhunt strong candidates from other companies & convince them to join us
• Maintain market salary benchmarks & manage the hiring budget
• Onboarding, employee records, HR letters & monthly hiring dashboard
Admin & PA Support
• Office admin — vendors, filing, utilities, GIDC / FSSAI / government liaison
• PA to Director — calendar, emails, WhatsApp, meeting notes, travel bookings
Basic Accounts
• Basic accounts filing — bills, invoices & simple record keeping
• Small day-to-day accounts help — petty cash & vendor bill tracking
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Gujarati & Hindi fluency (must); working English preferred
• Comfortable with MS Excel, Google Sheets & basic computer work
• Proactive, organized & trustworthy — you will handle confidential data
• Two-wheeler preferred; able to commute to Sanand GIDC
• Stable work history with long-term commitment
