Job Description

  • Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC and VMC machines.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in CNC/VMC machines.
  • Identify and resolve machine problems related to motors, drives, sensors, switches, and control panels.
  • Inspect and maintain spindle assemblies, lubrication systems, coolant systems, and tool changers.
  • Assist in troubleshooting CNC controller alarms and machine control systems.
  • Perform routine machine inspections to identify potential failures.
  • Maintain machine maintenance records and breakdown reports.
  • Coordinate with production teams to minimize machine downtime.
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
  • Follow safety procedures and maintenance standards.
  • Support machine installation, servicing, and repair activities as required.
