Job Description
A retail sales executive in a jewelry store greets customers, explains product features for gold, diamond, or platinum pieces, manages counter inventory, and completes transactions to meet showroom sales targets. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet shoppers, identify preferences, and offer tailored advice on bridal collections, gems, or daily wear.
- Sales Generation: Promote upselling and cross-selling while meeting individual and counter sales quotas.
- Product Knowledge: Explain metal purities, diamond grading (cut, color, clarity, carat), and gemstone certifications.
- Stock & Floor Management: Handle daily opening and closing stock counts, maintain showcase cleanliness, and arrange attractive visual displays.
- Billing & Operations: Assist with billing processes, payment methods, and customer feedback or basic inquiries.
