Job Description
Responsibilities
- Supervise the Day to Day Production
- Monitor raw materials, production output, wastage, and finished stock.
- Ensure hygiene, food safety, quality checks, and production records are maintained.
- Visit production facilities and vendors in other cities as required.
Requirements
- Experience supervising production in a food manufacturing or processing facility.
- Willingness to travel regularly between cities.
- Hindi speaking ability is mandatory. Tamil and English communication skills are preferred.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Experience with ready-to-eat foods, retort processing, or packaged foods is an advantage.
