Position: Office Staff — Finance / Accounts
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in a finance office role

About Us
Akshayarithu Chits is a trusted chit fund company with branches across Kerala and Tamil Nadu. We are looking for experienced office staff to join our Salem branch team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day office operations at the branch
- Maintain customer accounts, passbooks, and ledger entries
- Process payment vouchers, receipts, and related documentation
- Prepare and submit monthly reports (running balance, arrears, business list)
- Coordinate with agents, bill collectors, and Head Office
- Assist with customer service and general branch administration
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of prior experience in a finance office, bank, NBFC, or chit fund
- Qualification: 12 graduate
- Working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and general office software
- Basic understanding of accounting, vouchers, and ledger entries
- Fluency in Tamil (English / Malayalam is a plus)
- Attention to detail, honest, and dependable
