Job Title: Work-from-Office Telecalling Executive (Female)
Job Description:
We are hiring female fresher candidates for a Work from Office Telecalling Executive. The candidate should be fluent in Tamil and be comfortable making outbound calls to prospective customers
Requirements:
- Only female candidates
- Only Fresher candidates with no prior working experience
- Must speak Tamil
- Must have an Android smartphone
- Must be able to make customer calls
- Work-from-office role
- No fees or registration charges
- Hybrid Mode 3 days WFO & 3 days WFH
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 25 calls everyday to customers/clients
- Provide information and handle basic queries
- Maintain professionalism and accuracy during communication
- Keep simple records as required
Training & Observation (First month)
- 5 days of training will be given in offline mode
- After training, 3 weeks of observation will also be in offline mode
- Work starts from after observation
Work Rules
- Office timings will be from 10:00am to 5.30 pm
- Monday - Friday
- Make 25 calls everyday
- Hybird mode - 3 days Work from Home & 3 days work from office
