3. KITCHEN STEWARDS

Location: Neelkanth Mahadev Mandir Road, Neelkanth, Rishikesh, Uttarakhand

We are looking for skilled and dedicated kitchen professionals to join our team at Omkara Restaurant & Food Court.

Position 1: Tandoor – 2nd Commi Chef

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare naan, roti, tandoori roti, and other tandoor items.
• Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the tandoor section.
• Assist the senior chef with daily kitchen operations.

Requirements:

• Practical experience in tandoor cooking.
• Knowledge of tandoor preparation and kitchen hygiene.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant kitchen.
• English language proficiency is not required.

Position 2: South Indian – 1st Commi Chef

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare dosa, idli, vada, uttapam, and other South Indian dishes.
• Prepare batters, chutneys, and sambar as required.
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in South Indian cuisine.
• Good knowledge of South Indian food preparation.
• Ability to manage daily kitchen preparation.
• English language proficiency is not required.
