Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and accurate Data Entry Operator responsible for entering information from JPG/image files into predefined fields in our data entry platform/application.

The operator will review the text available in the provided images, accurately read and interpret the information, and enter the corresponding data into the designated fields. The role requires high accuracy, attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work with large volumes of image-based data.

• Key ResponsibilitiesReview JPG/image files containing text and other information.
• Read and accurately enter the information into the predefined fields in the provided application/system.
• Ensure that the data entered matches the source image exactly.
• Maintain proper spelling, numbers, dates, names, addresses, and other relevant information.
• Follow the specified data-entry guidelines and field-level instructions.
• Identify unclear, incomplete, or illegible information and follow the defined process for handling such cases.
• Perform self-quality checks before submitting completed records.
• Maintain required accuracy and productivity/turnaround-time (TAT) targets.
• Correct errors identified during the quality-control process.
• Maintain confidentiality of all information visible in the images.
• Report technical issues or unclear instructions to the Team Lead/Supervisor.
• Required SkillsGood typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret information from JPG/image files.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with web-based applications.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets is an advantage.
• Ability to work with repetitive tasks while maintaining consistent accuracy.
• Good English reading and comprehension skills.
• Ability to follow detailed process guidelines/SOPs.
• Preferred Qualifications12th pass or equivalent; graduates are preferred.
• Previous experience in data entry, image annotation, OCR validation, document processing, BPO/KPO, or back-office operations will be an advantage.
• Freshers with good typing skills and attention to detail may also apply.
