About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our Ranipet Branch. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing existing customers, generating sales leads, and achieving assigned sales targets in the steel industry.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Visit customers, dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, and project sites regularly.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and dealers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Handle field sales activities and market development.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable steel product solutions.
• Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, orders, dispatch, and payments.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collection.
• Maintain daily/weekly sales reports and customer visit reports.
• Ensure good customer service and resolve customer queries effectively.
• Candidate RequirementsGraduate in any discipline; preferably with a background in Sales, Marketing, Business, or Engineering.
• 1–4 years of experience in steel, construction, building materials, cement, TMT, or related industries preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for field sales.
• Good knowledge of the Ranipet/Chennai market will be an advantage.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and good at building customer relationships.
• Must have a valid driving license and willingness to travel for customer visits.
