Job Description

  • Attend and assist customers visiting the showroom.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Royal Enfield motorcycles.
  • Explain product features, pricing, finance, exchange and offers.
  • Arrange and coordinate test rides.
  • Follow up with enquiries and leads through calls and messages.
  • Convert enquiries into bookings and sales.
  • Maintain regular customer follow-ups and provide a good buying experience.
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain proper records of customer enquiries and follow-ups.
