Regional Sales Manager

We are looking for a result-oriented Regional Sales Executive to manage and grow sales of solar installation products across the entire state of Jharkhand. The candidate will be responsible for developing dealer and distributor networks, generating new business opportunities, building relationships with solar EPC companies and installers, and achieving sales targets across residential, commercial, industrial, and solar project segments.

• 2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Sales & Business DevelopmentManage and drive overall sales of solar installation products across Jharkhand.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop new business opportunities in existing and untapped markets.
• Identify potential customers, generate leads, and convert them into business.
• Promote solar mounting structures, DC cables, connectors, MC4-compatible connectors, earthing materials, AC/DC distribution boxes, cable trays, conduits, and other solar BOS (Balance of System) products, as applicable to the company's portfolio.
• B. Dealer & Distributor Network DevelopmentIdentify, appoint, and develop dealers, distributors, and channel partners across Jharkhand.
• Build strong relationships with electrical wholesalers, solar product dealers, and renewable energy distributors.
• Ensure regular product availability and repeat orders through channel partners.
• Expand market reach in major commercial and industrial locations throughout the state.
• C. Solar EPC & Installer DevelopmentDevelop business relationships with solar EPC companies, rooftop solar installers, system integrators, and electrical contractors.
• Generate enquiries from residential rooftop, commercial rooftop, industrial, and ground-mounted solar projects.
• Coordinate with customers and the technical team to understand project requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Build a strong pipeline of ongoing and upcoming solar installation projects.
• D. Market Visits & Territory ManagementTravel extensively across Jharkhand to meet dealers, distributors, EPC companies, contractors, and project customers.
• Develop and execute a structured territory-wise sales plan.
• Conduct regular field visits to identify new customers and strengthen existing business relationships.
• Monitor market demand, competitor pricing, and new business opportunities.
• E. Sales Planning & ReportingPrepare monthly sales plans, forecasts, and territory-wise targets.
• Maintain daily visit reports, customer databases, lead pipelines, and sales reports.
• Track enquiries, quotations, order conversion, dispatches, and repeat business.
• Share regular updates on market trends, competitor activities, and business development opportunities with management.
