Job Description

  • Product Promotion: Present and explain drug compositions, benefits, dosages, side effects, and clinical data to doctors and clinics using visual aids.
  • Sales & Target Achievement: Drive brand awareness to convert relationships into prescriptions and hit monthly or quarterly sales quotas.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain regular contact with doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and stockists to build long-term trust.
  • Territory Management: Plan daily schedules to cover hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies efficiently within an assigned geographic region.
  • Market Research & Feedback: Track competitor activities, monitor prescription trends, and report field insights back to management.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Maintain customer interaction logs, submit daily work plans to managers, and adhere to ethical marketing standards
