Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing purchase order from factory based on the outwards inventory
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure orders are completed on time
  • Working closely with Payment Team members and coordinating with order team to maintain overdues. Following up with customers when required.
  • Maintain basic records of orders and payments
  • Resolve day-to-day issues and ensure work is completed properly and Maintain discipline and proper coordination among team members

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of handling payments and records
  • Good communication and people-management skills
  • Responsible, honest, and punctual
  • Smartphone/computer knowledge and accounting knowledge will be an added avantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks


Ideal Candidate:

Someone who is trustworthy, active, organized, and can take responsibility for daily operations while coordinating both orders and people.
