Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment process, identify suitable candidates, and support the organization in hiring the right talent.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening and telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and regularly update the candidate database.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate salary and support the offer and joining process.
• Maintain recruitment reports, interview records, and daily/weekly hiring data.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Coordinate with different departments to understand manpower requirements.
• Ensure timely closure of assigned vacancies.
• Maintain professional relationships with candidates and recruitment partners.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of recruitment and selection processes.
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
• Good follow-up and negotiation abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, email, and recruitment portals.
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
• Strong convincing and coordination skills.
• Good problem-solving and relationship-management abilities.

Educational QualificationGraduate in any discipline. MBA/PGDM in HR or a relevant HR qualification will be an added advantage.
