We have already established coverage across 500+ retail stores and supermarts in Ranchi and are now expanding our field sales team to strengthen our retail presence further. Key Responsibilities

1. New Customer Onboarding

• Identify and onboard new retailers, kirana stores, supermarkets, and other retail outlets.
• Generate new business and expand the company's retail distribution network.
• Present products, pricing, retailer margins, and promotional schemes to prospective customers.

2. Existing Customer Management

• Visit existing retailers regularly and maintain strong business relationships.
• Ensure product availability and retailer satisfaction.
• Encourage regular purchases and increase sales across the assigned territory.

3. Collections & Reorders

• Generate repeat orders from existing customers.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, collections, and pending payments.

4. Upselling

• Increase order value by encouraging retailers to purchase larger quantities or additional product variants.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales within existing accounts.

5. Cross-Selling

• Introduce other products from the company's portfolio to existing customers.
• Generate additional business by recommending relevant products to retailers.

6. CRM Adherence & Reporting

• Update customer visits, orders, collections, and follow-ups in the company's CRM.
• Maintain accurate daily sales and activity reports.
• Follow the company's sales processes and share regular market feedback.
• Eligibility & RequirementsTwo-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
• Comfortable with daily field visits and travelling within the assigned territory.
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
• Basic smartphone and CRM usage skills.
• Freshers with the right attitude are welcome; FMCG or field sales experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of the local market and language will be beneficial.
