🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies

• Identify and onboard schools, colleges, coaching centres & training institutions

• Follow up on company-provided leads and convert them into clients

• Build relationships with academic heads, administrators & decision-makers

• Conduct market and competitor research

• Deliver presentations and business proposals

• Track performance metrics and prepare reports

• Represent Rupeerun at educational events and networking opportunities

• Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns and lead generation

👤 What We’re Looking For

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education or a relevant field

✅ 0–5 years of experience in sales, business development or partnerships

✅ Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills

✅ Strong relationship-building abilities

✅ Target-oriented, self-motivated and proactive

✅ Willingness to travel as required

⭐ Preferred: Experience in EdTech, educational finance, academic operations, or an existing network of educational institutions.
