Hiring: Team Leader – Airtel Payment BankVertical: Merchant QR Code
Salary: ₹28,000 per month
Incentives: Up to ₹5,000 TO 10,000 extra
Job Location: RAMPUR , HAPUR
- Job Responsibilities:Airtel Payment Bank ke Merchant QR Code aur Soundbox ki sales ke liye team handle karna.
- Team members ko daily market visits aur sales activities mein guide karna.
- New merchants ko onboard karna aur QR Code/Soundbox install karwana.
- Daily sales targets achieve karne mein team ko support karna.
- Market mein new business opportunities identify karna.
- Daily sales reports aur team performance maintain karna.
- Candidate Requirements:Sales experience, preferably Field Sales / Merchant QR / Soundbox / Fintech / Banking.
- Team handling experience preferred.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Field work aur market visits ke liye comfortable hona chahiye.
- Local market knowledge preferred.
- Salary & Benefits:Fixed Salary: ₹28,000 per month
- Incentives: Up to ₹5,000 extra
