Factory Worker – Job Description
Location: Rajpura, Punjab
Department: Production / Manufacturing
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day factory production and manufacturing activities.
- Operate machinery and equipment after proper training.
- Load, unload, move and arrange raw materials and finished products.
- Assist machine operators and production supervisors as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the work area.
- Follow production instructions, quality standards and safety procedures.
- Check products for basic quality issues and report defects immediately.
- Handle tools and materials carefully.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and complete assigned work on time.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality and good workplace practices.
Requirements
- Previous factory/manufacturing experience preferred but freshers can also apply.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to learn machine operation.
- Responsible, punctual and hardworking.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of Hindi/Punjabi
