Site Manager

• Key ResponsibilitiesTrack and maintain daily labour attendance.
• Monitor and record daily work progress at the project site.
• Coordinate with BalKesh and the site labour team for day-to-day work requirements.
• Identify and report delays, shortages, site issues and pending requirements.
• Procure required materials from the local market as instructed.
• Negotiate with suppliers and obtain competitive market rates.
• Maintain complete material purchase and delivery records.
• Track material consumption and availability at site.
• Maintain purchase bills, invoices and related documentation.
• Maintain regular WhatsApp communication with management, BalKesh, suppliers and site personnel.
• Share daily site updates, photographs and progress reports with management.
• Keep management informed about manpower, material and execution requirements.
• Observe the overall project and act as the eyes and ears of the management at site.
• Learn the site execution process and project management while working alongside BalKesh and gradually take on additional responsibilities.

• Mandatory RequirementsEnglish and Hindi – Must
• Must have a valid two-wheeler/bike
• Must have a personal laptop
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Comfortable using WhatsApp for professional communication
• Willing to work at a construction/project site
• Should be responsible, alert and good at following up
• Should be willing to learn project execution alongside the site subcontractor, BalKesh
