BRANCH MANAGER – JOB PROFILE
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage overall branch operations, sales, service, and administration.
- Achieve branch sales and revenue targets.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor branch staff performance.
- Manage customer relationships and resolve customer complaints.
- Monitor daily attendance, discipline, and staff productivity.
- Ensure proper stock, cash, documentation, and asset management.
- Coordinate with Head Office and other departments.
- Prepare and submit daily/monthly branch performance reports.
- Ensure company policies, processes, and compliance are followed.
- Develop local market opportunities and support business growth.
Eligibility:
- Graduate preferred.
- Experience: 5–10 years in automobile dealership/retail or related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, customer-handling, and team-management skill
