Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing Loans: Find new loan customers through direct open-market sales and indirect channel partners.
  • Ticket Size: Handle targeted loan segments, often averaging ticket sizes around ₹50 Lakhs.
  • Channel Management: Build and grow relationships with direct DSA networks, builders, and local market connectors.
  • Market Mapping: Analyze local market trends, customer habits, and competitor metrics.
