Job Description

  • Identify, acquire, and onboard new channel partners, including DSAs and connectors.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners to generate business.
  • Drive sales of loan products such as Business Loans, Personal Loans, Home Loans, and LAP.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor channel partner performance and provide guidance and training.
  • Ensure accurate and timely login of loan applications with quality sourcing.
  • Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Login Desk teams for smooth case processing.
  • Conduct regular partner meetings and business reviews to improve productivity.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain records of sales activities, partner interactions, and business performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational processes, and regulatory guidelines.
