Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Executive to manage our existing customer base and handle incoming inquiries. This is an Inside Sales role focused on customer relationship management, quotation preparation, order follow-up, and ensuring excellent customer service.

• ResponsibilitiesManage and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp Business, and email.
• Prepare quotations and follow up to convert inquiries into orders.
• Handle customer communication received on the company's official WhatsApp numbers, including assigned business accounts.
• Coordinate with the dispatch, purchase, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
• Update customer interactions and follow-up details in the CRM system.
• Resolve customer queries professionally and provide after-sales support.
• Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.
• RequirementsGraduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Support, or Sales Coordination.
• Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, MS Excel, and computer applications.
• Strong follow-up, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Experience in B2B or industrial products will be an added advantage.
