Job Description
Key Skills Required:
Allocate manpower according to workload and production priorities.
Monitor employee productivity, attendance, discipline, and work performance.
Ensure assembly activities are completed according to the production plan and delivery schedule.
Monitor work progress and achieve daily/weekly/monthly production targets.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, tools, machines, fixtures, and other resources.
Prepare daily production/assembly reports.
Check alignment, level, squareness, orientation, dimensions, and fitment during assembly.
Ensure correct components are used for each assembly/job.
Identify defects, misalignment, improper fitment, and dimensional errors.
Coordinate with fabrication, cutting, welding, fitting, stores, PPC, quality, and dispatch departments.
Ensure employees follow PPE and shop-floor safety requirements.
