About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our Sales & Business Development team in Rajkot. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective field visits and client interactions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach potential customers through field visits, calls, and networking.
• Generate new leads and convert them into customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable logistics services.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.
• Follow up with leads, quotations, and prospective customers.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
• Requirements12th pass, Graduate, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in field sales, logistics, transportation, courier, or B2B sales is preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong convincing and customer-handling abilities.
• Self-motivated and comfortable with field work.
• Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of the local Rajkot market will be an advantage.
• Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence preferred.
