Job Description
Develop and maintain relationships with international customers.
Identify new export markets and generate overseas business opportunities.
Handle export inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order finalization.
Coordinate with production & quality department while preparing order.
Prepare and follow up on Proforma Invoice & Production Order Form..
Follow up for advance payments, LC documents, and outstanding receivables.
Participate in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and online B2B platforms.
Maintain export sales records, customer database, and MIS reports.
Achieve monthly and yearly export sales targets.
