Job Description

  • 🔥 What You’ll DoResearch & connect with relevant Instagram influencers/creators.
  • Find creators based on category, location, language, audience & followers.
  • Manage creator database, outreach, negotiations & onboarding.
  • Coordinate influencer campaigns, reels, product demos & collaborations.
  • Create engaging Reels, videos, scripts, captions, graphics & social media content.
  • Plan content calendars and support marketing campaigns.
  • Track content, approvals, live posts and campaign performance.
  • Research social media trends, new creators & content formats.
  • Work with the marketing/design team to grow brand awareness and engagement.
  • 🎯 We’re Looking ForConfident on camera with clear communication & presentation skills.
  • Strong Gujarati/Hindi communication; basic English is a plus.
  • Good understanding of Instagram, Reels & social media trends.
  • Creative with strong storytelling and content skills.
  • Comfortable using Canva / basic video editing tools.
  • Good research, follow-up and negotiation skills.
  • Organized and comfortable with Google Sheets / Excel.
  • Proactive, responsible and willing to take ownership.
  • Freshers & recent graduates are welcome.
