Job Description
Key Job Description:
Ensure proper storage and systematic arrangement of all materials.
Maintain proper item coding, tagging, labeling, rack/bin identification.
Maintain accurate stock registers / ERP / Excel records.
Monitor minimum, maximum, and reorder levels.
Maintain record, update stock records immediately.
Ensure proper documentation for every material movement.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and cycle counting.
Issue materials against authorized Material Requisition / Issue Slip.
Ensure correct material, quantity, grade, and specification before issue.
Coordinate with Production/PPC for timely material availability.
Coordinate with HR, Purchase, Production, PPC, Quality, Maintenance, Accounts, Dispatch, and Management.
Maintain Safety, 5S & KAIZEN and Ensure proper use of PPE where required.
