Job Description

  • Sales Executive – Job DescriptionHandle Inbound & Outbound Calls and customer inquiries.
  • Manage leads from IndiaMART, TradeIndia & CRM.
  • Follow-up with customers and convert leads into sales.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information.
  • Prepare quotations, coordinate with customers and maintain regular follow-ups.
  • Update all customer interactions, follow-ups and lead status in CRM.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Production and Management teams for order processing.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and monthly KPIs.
  • Good communication, convincing and negotiation skills required.
  • Experience in Industrial / Manufacturing Sales will be preferred.
