Purchase Executive

Collect quotations and compare prices, quality, and delivery terms.

Identify and source reliable suppliers and vendors.

Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.

Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) as per company requirements.

Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of materials.

Coordinate with the Store, Production, Accounts, and Dispatch departments.

Check purchase requirements based on stock levels and production needs.

Maintain purchase records, quotations, vendor details, and purchase orders.

Monitor pending orders and ensure materials are received on time.

Coordinate with the Store team for material receipt and quantity verification.

Handle supplier complaints, shortages, quality issues, and delayed deliveries.

Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and new vendors.

Search for alternative suppliers to improve cost and availability.

Ensure purchases are made according to company policies and approved requirements.

Prepare regular purchase reports for management.

Maintain proper documentation for all purchase transactions.
